The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to tackle complex problems by studying relevant regulations and procedures to identify practical solutions, while collaborating with all company departments.

As a Compliance Specialist at moveax, you will join the Compliance Office, working alongside the Compliance Manager to support and enhance the company’s integrated management system, with a focus on quality (ISO 9001), information security (ISO 27001), and gender equality (UNI PDR 125:2022). You will operate within the IT & Innovation Consultancy industry, helping ensure compliance in a highly innovative and technological environment, while collaborating with all company departments.
Specifically, you will be responsible for supporting:
the updating of processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement;

👥 Interview Process
Step 1 – Introductory interview
In this stage, you’ll have a first call with one of our recruiters. We will ask questions related to your CV and your answers in the questionnaire. We’ll also check your availability for on-site or hybrid work. During the call, you will take a short English test to assess your written and spoken skills.
Step 2 – Interview with a Senior & Practical Task
In this phase, you will meet a Senior member of our Compliance Office. This is an informal conversation where you can ask questions about the role, the team, and daily activities, while we also dive deeper into your past experiences and align on mutual expectations for the position. During the meeting, you will also be asked to complete a practical task related to the Compliance Specialist role, designed to assess your problem-solving approach, analytical skills, understanding of regulations and processes, and clarity in communicating conclusions and recommendations.
Step 3 – Final Interview with a Management Representative
This phase consists of a more strategic conversation with a representative of the company’s management, to whom the Compliance Office directly reports. We will discuss your long-term professional growth, career goals, and any remaining questions you may have. It will also be a great opportunity for you to get to know the company culture more closely.
Step 4 – Job offer
If everything goes well, our team will contact you to discuss the offer details: compensation, start date, and next steps. We look forward to having you on board!
