Job description

This position is aimed at Junior professionals interested in business analysis, digital product management, and tech project coordination. As a Junior Business Analyst / Product Manager in moveax, you will work alongside senior team members to gather business requirements, write user stories, support project delivery, and communicate with clients and development teams.

You’ll receive training, mentoring, and early exposure to Agile tools and methods (Jira, Figma, Miro). This role offers a clear growth path toward independent project ownership and specialization in roles such as Project Manager and Delivery Manager.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and collaborative person—someone eager to grow, solve problems, and bring value to both clients and internal teams.

Interview Process

Step 1 – Introductory interview
In this stage, you’ll have a first call with one of our recruiters. We will ask questions related to your CV and your answers in the questionnaire. We’ll also check your availability for on-site or hybrid work. During the call, you will take a short English test to assess your written and spoken skills.

Step 2 – Quick chat with a Senior from the Delivery team
You will meet a Senior member of our Delivery department. This is an informal conversation where you can ask questions about the job and the team. We’ll also dive deeper into your past experiences and align on mutual expectations regarding the role and daily work.

Step 3 – Practical interview + task
This step includes a practical task related to the role. You might be asked to solve a complex problem, to manage the prioritization and to communicate clearly how you would solve an uncertain situation. We want to understand how you approach different scenarios, while communicate your reasoning.

Step 4 – Final interview with the Head of Delivery
This is a more strategic conversation with the Head of the Delivery department. We’ll discuss your long-term growth, career goals, and any remaining open points. It’s also a great opportunity for you to get to know the team leadership and company culture.

Step 5 – Job offer

Your position at our company

The person we are looking for will be part of our Delivery Department, that handles project management and customer relations to support customer business and prioritization. This is the department you are applying for.

Delivery coordinates 5 competence centers that work together to bring the best possible value for our customers:

1. Product Design: takes care of Service Design, UX and UI activities.

2. Engineering: takes care of the architectural design and development of our projects.

3. Cloud & infrastructure: handles site reliability, infrastructure and cloud services.

4. Artificial Intelligence: develops AI models for predictive analysis, automations and machine learning.

5. Cyber Security: a guarantee in preventing, monitoring and responding in cyber threats.

As stated, you will work at our Delivery department and will be expected to cooperate with the competence centers listed above to deliver the best project possible.
Our Departments and competence centers basically works in two directions:

• providing our customers projects aimed at end-to-end digital innovation, working with the customer from project inception and definition up to project delivery, in an agile way.

• delivering company products in cooperation with of our Innovation business unit to launch highly innovative projects on the market, leveraging our internal practices, especially focusing on blockchain technology and AI
